Every XTRAVIGOR product is made in our own Sialkot facility under strict quality control — from material sourcing and cutting to stitching, finishing and packaging. We run a disciplined process: design → sample (5–7 days) → approval → production (12–15 days) → QC → worldwide shipping.

Machinery and craftsmanship, together
We combine modern machinery — cutting, single/double-needle and bar-tack stitching, embroidery, sublimation printing and heat-press — with experienced craftsmen. That mix lets us hold tight tolerances on technical gear like weightlifting belts and fight equipment while moving fast on apparel runs.

Quality control
Inspected at every stage
QC is not a final gate — it runs through the whole line. Materials are checked on intake, work-in-progress is inspected between stations, and finished goods are AQL-sampled before packing, so every carton ships to the standard you approved.
